MPP: Cindy Forster - Welland

Let us pray today for the M.P.P. in Welland, Cindy Forster.  Thank you Lord for Cindy for dedicating her life to serving the people in Welland.   We ask Lord that you would strengthen her today, give her wisdom and peace in all her decisions. We pray she would hear your voice and be discerning, give her understanding and clear direction in all her ways. Bless her today with health give her the knowledge and the wisdom she needs in the daily duties and responsibilities. Father we pray for her family and those around her that are dear to her.  Keep her in your in the palm of your hand.  We put these requests before your throne in Jesus precious name we pray.  Amen

Cindy Forster is the Member of Provincial Parliament for Welland. She was elected on October 6th, 2011.

A lifelong Welland resident, and Registered Nurse, Cindy is an expert in keeping her community healthy. Now serving as the MPP, Cindy has  been a mainstay in the Welland community for many years. She previously served as the Mayor of Welland, as a Niagara Regional Councillor, a Director of the Public Library Board, on the Welland Hydro Corporation and the Welland Economic Development Corporation.

As mayor, Cindy took to heart Welland’s tradition of standing up for itself by holding the line on municipal taxes, helping library workers achieve pay equity and attracting employers like Convergys to the city.

Cindy is excited to represent the riding of Welland at Queen’s Park and to make life more affordable for her constituents.
