MPP Yvan Baker, Etobicoke Centre

Father, I thank you for Yvan Baker.  I thank you for his position in our government, for Your Word says that every ruling authority that exists has been established by You.  So Father, I thank you for establishing Yvan Baker, I thank you for establishing him in his calling and purpose in our government.
Father I pray that he will walk in righteousness and desire to walk according to Your law.  I pray that You will surround him with godly counsel.  That he will have a heart for the marginalized and impoverished community.  That he will become a man that seeks to please You.  For your Words says that to the person who pleases You will be given wisdom, knowledge and happiness.  So Father, I pray that you will bless him with wisdom, knowledge and happiness.  I pray that he will desire godly wisdom and that You will give him what he needs to represent his constituents.  Protect him Lord from all attempts of the enemy to distract him from what he knows is righteous.  May no weapon or thought formed against him prosper and let every tongue that accuses him in judgment be condemned.  Give him the desires of Your heart Father.  Give him visions and dreams Father of what you want to accomplish in and through him.  Bless him in his coming and his going Father.  Guard him in all his ways.  Fill him with Your love, peace and joy.  Strengthen him oh Lord.  In Jesus name Amen.
