God, I want to thank you for Cristina
Martins. Thank you that the people have someone in Davenport that can hear
their concerns and care for them as individuals and families. May she lead with
example and genuine love for the prosperity of that area. May she aim to speak
for those who have no voice, act for those who have no opportunity, and bring
change where there has been resistance and reluctance.
Cristina served as President of the Federation of Portuguese Canadian Business and Professionals, Deputy Chair of the Greater Toronto Business Association, and Director of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Toronto. Born in Portugal, and raised in Davenport, Cristina is married and a mother of two.
